 Marc Ashley, Chief Operating Officer
 Marc oversees all corporate internal operations of Market America. He works 
 closely with the Executive Board and Management Group to plan company 
 initiatives, create and implement systems, improve field relations, and 
 implement total quality management techniques. A recipient of the Triad 
 Business Journal’s 40 Under Forty award, Marc was selected for his 
 leadership, community involvement and career accomplishments. Under 
 Marc’s leadership, he has helped build Market America into an Internet retail 
 giant — recognized as one of North Carolina’s fastest-growing companies, one of the Triad’s best companies to work for, and one of the top e-commerce companies in the world in terms of annual retail sales. 

 

 
 Dennis Franks, Executive Vice President of Domestic and Int'l Sales  

 Dennis Franks is a native of Pittsburgh, Penn., where he was a high school honor-roll  
 student and graduate of Bethel Park High School. Dennis was later awarded an 
 athletic scholarship to the University of Michigan where he graduated as an economics
 major. Dennis started three years as a center on the university’s football team, and 
 was named All Big Ten each year and All American Honors his senior year.  Dennis 
 joined the Philadelphia Eagles and helped build the 1980 NFL Championship team. He 
 captained the special teams and was named its Most Valuable Player. Dennis finished his NFL career with the Detroit Lions.  For 29 years, Dennis has been an active participant in the direct sales and network marketing industry where he has proven himself as an exceptional builder and field leader. He is one of the few to earn over $1 million dollars in commissions during a 12-month period and continues to break new records in supporting fellow business partners to earn meaningful ongoing income. His success has helped thousands achieve their goals. Dennis was invited to join the Corporate Team for Market America, Inc. in 1993. His exceptional ability to work internally and externally in the networking industry makes him a real and valuable asset to Market America’s Corporate Team. JR Ridinger, President and CEO of Market America, often refers to Dennis as his Five Star General.  Dennis Franks is married and resides in Greensboro, North Carolina with his charming wife, Nancy. They have two beautiful daughters, Lauren and Katie.

 Lorin Sourbeck, Director of Sales & Field Development, nutraMetrix
 As a successful UnFranchise owner and pioneer of the nutraMetrix Division,
 Lorin supports nutraMetrix Distributors across the country in the
 implementation of wellness solutions for health professionals.  Lorin 
 leverages her experience as a former Marketing Director for several global
 companies with an expertise in internet marketing communication. 
 Additionally, having over 15 years of study in fitness and nutrition fuels her
